CROSSFIT + WEIGHTLIFTING

CrossFit is a sport requiring multiple aspects of strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and coordination. With so many aspects of performance required, it makes sense that there is significant strain placed on the body.

Our practitioner team understands CrossFit, with many of our staff participating in the sport as well. We understand the demands placed on the body both through the musculoskeletal system, as well as nutritional and physiological needs.

We understand that many CrossFit participants don’t want to be told, to “just rest” until it feels better. They don’t want to hear that they should stop training because “it’s bad for you”.

CrossFit, particularly when undertaken with good coaching and programming, is an excellent form of whole body training and can boost health, fitness and overall wellbeing markedly. Therefore, we want to keep you training as best we can.

Our team can play a vital role in helping individuals who participate in CrossFit by providing personalised care, injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation, and education.
