NDIS Participants
If you're an NDIS participant or a support coordinator looking for allied health services, we'd love to help. Our multidisciplinary team provides personalised, evidence-based care designed around your individual goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our Clinic
We know that finding the right environment matters, especially for NDIS participants. Our clinic is located on Level 1 at 135 Daws Road, St Marys, with lift access making it easy to get to regardless of mobility.
Our treatment rooms are large, light-filled, and designed to feel welcoming rather than clinical — because we think you should feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Our staff are friendly and approachable, and we'll always take the time to make sure you feel at ease.
We also have a fully equipped onsite rehabilitation gym, available for supervised sessions with your physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. The gym includes a range of high quality weights and resistance equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and balance and proprioception training tools — giving us everything we need to support your rehabilitation and help you work towards your goals in a practical, hands-on way.
*Please note that while our clinic is lift accessible, we do not have hoist facilities. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please give us a call before your first appointment so we can make sure we're the right fit for your needs and prepare accordingly.

What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a federal government program that funds supports and services for Australians living with a permanent and significant disability. Funding is allocated across different budget categories depending on your goals and needs, and can be used with registered providers like us.
What services do we offer NDIS participants?
We provide the following services to NDIS participants:
Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Remedial Massage Deep Tissue Massage Relaxation Massage Myotherapy
All services are delivered by qualified, experienced practitioners who understand how to work within the NDIS framework and tailor their approach to your specific goals.
How is treatment funded?
Our services can be funded through two NDIS budget categories:
Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing
We charge at the current NDIS price guide rates. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond what is outlined in your service agreement.
Who do we accept?
We currently accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Please note we are not able to accept agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants at this time.
If you're unsure how your plan is managed, check your NDIS plan document or contact your support coordinator.
What do I need to get started?
Getting started is straightforward:
- Check your NDIS plan to confirm you have funding under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing.
- Contact our team to discuss your goals and which services might be the right fit.
- We'll set up a service agreement and book your initial assessment, where we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your NDIS goals.
What if I don't have allied health funding in my plan yet?
If your current plan doesn't include allied health funding, we're happy to provide a letter of support to assist you at your next plan review or planning meeting. This can help demonstrate the need for physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or other allied health services. Please get in touch and we can discuss what's needed.
Working with your support team
We're experienced in working alongside support coordinators, carers, and other allied health providers. With your permission, we'll communicate with your wider support network to make sure your care is coordinated and everyone is working towards the same goals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to access your services through the NDIS?
No referral is required. You just need active NDIS funding in the relevant budget category and your plan management details so we can process your invoices correctly.
How do I know if I have the right funding in my plan?
Look for funding under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing in your NDIS plan. If you're unsure, your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) can help you check.
What is a service agreement?
A service agreement is a simple document that outlines the services we'll provide, the costs, and the terms of our arrangement. It's a standard requirement for NDIS-funded services and protects both you and us. We'll walk you through it before we get started.
Can my support coordinator refer me directly?
Absolutely. Support coordinators are welcome to contact us directly on behalf of a participant. We're happy to liaise with you to make the process as smooth as possible.
Do you see participants with complex needs?
Yes. Our team has experience working with participants across a wide range of disabilities and complexities. We'll always take the time to understand your individual situation before developing a plan.
What happens if I use all my funding before the end of my plan year?
We'll do our best to keep track of your funding usage and flag this with you early so you have time to consider your options — whether that's adjusting the frequency of appointments or speaking with your support coordinator about a plan review.
