Whether you're recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply wanting to stay strong and active, our small-group classes are designed to support you every step of the way. All classes are run by qualified physiotherapists, and may be claimable through private health insurance.

Move Well For Life

A physio guided strength and conditioning class designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay independent for life. You’ll be using gym equipment with close supervision and individualised programming, in a small group setting. Initial individual assessment is required.

Clinical Mat Pilates

A small group Pilates class designed and led by our Pilates guru, Julia Flett. These classes have a strong focus on movement quality, control, and building strength safely.

Unlike general Pilates classes, every exercise can be adapted to suit your body, injuries, and goals. An initial individual assessment is required.

Move Well Express 30

A 30-minute, mat-based class focused on building core strength, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body conditioning, all in a safe, adaptable format.

As this is a more generalised & gentle class, it is suitable for all fitness levels, and no initial assessment is required.
