Post-operatively, we progress rehabilitation carefully and methodically, always respecting the surgical work that's been done while driving toward the best possible functional outcome.
Our clinic is purpose-built for this kind of rehabilitation. We have a fully equipped gym with cardio, strength equipment, barbells, and cable machines for supervised, progressive rehab. We also have access to VALD performance technology, which allows us to objectively measure strength, force, and movement quality at every stage of recovery.
