Initial Myotherapy Consultation (1 Hour)

An initial myotherapy consultation includes a brief medical history and physical assessment. The physical assessment may include a postural assessment as well as range of movement testing.

Treatment may utilise a range of techniques, including myofascial release, soft/deep tissue massage, trigger point release, cupping, dry needling, and joint mobilisations to achieve optimal outcomes.

Standard Follow-up Myotherapy Consultation (45 Minutes)

Private Health Rebates Available

The standard follow-up consultation is 45 minutes. During this consultation, your myotherapist will briefly re-assess your condition before continuing with treatment.

Extended Follow Up Consultation (1 hour)

An extended treatment is if you need a longer appointment or if you have multiple areas of pain/issues. It may also be required if you have not been to the clinic for a while and are presenting with a new condition since your last visit.
