What to Expect from Your Remedial Massage Treatments

A Remedial Massage treatment plan is a great way to relieve pain, tension, and stress.

A typical Remedial Massage session may include a number of techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Cupping and Myofascial Release.

Massage treatments can range from 30 minutes to two hours.

For your first appointment, extra time is required for an assessment, so a 30 minute appointment is unable to be booked for an initial appointment. We recommend booking a 60 minute initial treatment as minimum. We allow an extra 15 minutes for initial remedial massage appointments to ensure enough time for both assessment and treatment.

Pregnancy massage appointments are longer in duration to allow for the position changes required, and to ensure maximum safety, comfort and effectiveness of treatments.
