Brooke Knowles
Remedial Massage Therapist
Diploma of Remedial Massage
Brooke's path into remedial massage is one that many of her clients immediately connect with — she knows what it's like to be in pain and not know how to get out of it. After working in personal training, Brooke experienced a back injury that introduced her to many different forms of pain management. Remedial massage played a central role in her own recovery, and it was through that firsthand experience that she felt called to help others in the same way.
This personal journey shapes everything about how Brooke works. She brings genuine empathy to each session, understanding the frustration and anxiety that can come with persistent pain, and the relief that good treatment can bring. She takes an intuitive, personalised approach to every client — no two sessions are the same — and focuses not just on physical relief but on the connection between the body, mind and emotions.
Brooke strongly believes that movement and massage together can meaningfully improve mental and emotional wellbeing, not just physical symptoms. This holistic philosophy makes her a particularly good fit for clients who feel their pain has a stress or lifestyle component, and who want a therapist who will treat the whole person, not just the presenting complaint. Outside the clinic, you'll find Brooke cooking, at the gym, travelling or unwinding with a true crime documentary.

brooke's treatment approach:
Brooke uses a blend of remedial massage techniques tailored to each individual, including deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and relaxation-based approaches. She takes time at the start of each session to understand what the client needs — both physically and emotionally — and adjusts her treatment accordingly. Her sessions are intuitive rather than formulaic, which clients consistently describe as one of her greatest strengths. She also offers practical advice on movement, posture and lifestyle factors that can support recovery between sessions.
Brooke is available for appointments Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and Saturday mornings.
