What We Treat:

Our physiotherapists manage both acute and chronic conditions. Common issues we see include:

•            Neck & back pain: whiplash, wry neck, disc or facet joint problems and chronic low back pain.

•            Headaches & jaw pain: tension headaches, migraines and TMJ disorders.

•            Joint & tendon injuries: shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tears, elbow pain, knee pain, Achilles or patellar tendinopathies and bursitis.

•            Lower limb conditions: ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, hip labral tears, ACL or meniscus injuries.

•            Sports injuries & performance issues: sprains, strains, shin splints and overuse injuries.

•            Post surgical rehab & balance disorders: return to activity after orthopaedic surgery and management of vertigo/BPPV.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Initial consultations run up to 45 minutes, or longer if your case is complex. During your visit, your physio will:

1.          Assess your condition: through movement tests and orthopaedic exams to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms.
2.
Provide hands on treatment: massage, joint mobilisation, cupping or dry needling help relieve pain and improve mobility.
3.
Prescribe exercises: you’ll receive a personalised program to correct imbalances and build strength.
4.
Educate and plan: together we set goals, discuss lifestyle factors and map out your path to recovery.

Follow up sessions are 30–60 minutes and allow your physio to progress treatment and update your exercises.

Sports & Performance Services

Running & Performance Assessments
If pain or recurring injuries are holding back your running, our two part assessment can help. In the first session we analyse your strength, mobility and running technique using VALD technology; in the second we develop an individualised rehab or prehab plan and provide hands on treatment. Our sports physios also offer return to sport testing with VALD ForceDecks and Dynamo, measuring strength, power and movement symmetry so you can return to sport safely.

Athlete Tune Up
This focused 45 or 60 minute session is ideal for athletes who want to stay on top of niggles. We combine deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial cupping, dry needling and joint mobilisation to keep your body feeling and performing its best. It’s perfect for runners preparing for a race, footballers with tight hamstrings or CrossFit athletes seeking maintenance.

Other Allied Health & Wellness Services:

Myotherapy & Massage

Our myotherapist provides soft and deep tissue massage, cupping, dry needling and joint mobilisation to release tension and improve movement. Myotherapy can help lower back pain, headaches, sports injuries and nerve pain. For relaxation or specific muscle relief, we also offer remedial massage techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, hot stone and sports massage.

Exercise Physiology
Accredited Exercise Physiologists design tailored exercise programs to manage chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, neurological disorders and more. Sessions may involve one on one programming, small group classes or telehealth support; they aim to improve strength, balance, aerobic fitness and overall health.

Lymphatic & Recovery Therapies
Manual lymphatic drainage uses gentle strokes to stimulate lymph flow and reduce swelling, fluid retention and bloating. Our recovery zone offers an infrared sauna for pain relief and relaxation and NormaTec boots to reduce muscle soreness and speed recovery. Casual sessions or membership packages are available.

Physio Led Classes & Supervised Rehab
Join our mat based Core Fit classes to build core strength, mobility and balance in a supportive small group setting. Our Joint Health Gym Class focuses on full body strength, bone density and balance with a pre program assessment and regular progress reviews. For more individualised guidance, supervised rehab sessions in our gym help you return to sport after injury or surgery and manage chronic conditions.
