Julia Flett

Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)

Diploma of Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Instruction Method

Julia brings to her physio career over a decade of experience as a Clinical Pilates instructor across Australia and New Zealand, all before she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UniSA. This movement background gives her a depth of understanding around the body, motor control and exercise-based rehabilitation that many early-career physios simply don't have.

Originally from New Zealand, Julia has built her career across both countries, gaining hands-on experience in musculoskeletal, rehabilitation.  She has a particular interest in women's health and paediatrics, two areas she's planning to develop further through additional study and professional development, and brings a warm, grounded approach to both that clients consistently respond to.

What Julia loves most about her work is helping clients build genuine strength and confidence in their bodies, not just recovering from injury but understanding how to move well and stay well long-term. Her Pilates background means she naturally blends exercise-based rehab with hands-on physiotherapy.

When she's not in the clinic, Julia is usually outdoors with her dog or hunting down Adelaide's best coffee.
