Alexander Muscat

Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)

Alex graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2022 and has spent the years since building genuine clinical depth across musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to everything he does — drawing on manual therapy, dry needling, exercise and education to create treatment plans that are genuinely tailored to each client's goals, not just their diagnosis.

What sets Alex apart is the combination of clinical expertise and authentic sporting insight he brings to the room. He has played soccer for both Adelaide City FC and Adelaide Croatia Raiders Soccer Club and competed at national level in futsal — so when an athlete comes in frustrated about an injury derailing their season, Alex genuinely gets it. That empathy for the athlete mindset runs through how he approaches rehab: he understands what it means to want to get back, and how to build a path that gets there safely.

Outside of work, Alex stays active through amateur soccer and running — which also keeps his understanding of load management and overuse injuries very much front of mind.
