It’s what makes physio great, it’s a broad and varied career, and we can each focus on our interests and passions. We like to think we do things a little differently around here. 
We have a found our approach to treatment and care works well for our clients, which continues to help our clinic grow. 
How we do things at our clinic is simply a product of what we’ve found works best for the clients we see. 

How we operate:

  • When it comes to physiotherapy, we mostly work hands-on. 
  • Every client should be started on a rehabilitation or strengthening programme in order to ensure that the underlying cause of their pain and injury is being addressed and to help prevent further problems and injuries. 
  • We provide  longer treatment times so that we can address any issues you may have, create a plan, and complete an effective treatment. 
  • Real weights (barbells, dumbbells, cable machines) and cardio equipment are available for clients to use in our fully furnished on-site rehab gym.

We are also lucky enough to have a variety of other health professionals & treatment types available within our clinic such as naturopathy & nutrition, remedial massage, exercise physiology, myotherapy and recovery equipment – meaning we can address issues from a variety of different points of view and expertise to treat the whole person, not just one aspect.

 Your treatments can include a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point release, dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, joint mobilisation & manipulation.
