Athletes & Active People
Helping you train harder, recover smarter, and get back to what you love.
Whether you're a weekend warrior, a junior club player, a competitive athlete, or someone who just loves staying active, we're here to help you keep moving.
You don't need to be elite to benefit from physio & wellness services. You just need to care about what your body can do.
Our team has experience working across a wide range of sports and activity levels, and we understand that for most people, being told to "just rest" isn't good enough. We'll work with you to find the right balance between recovery and keeping you doing what you love, as safely and quickly as possible.
How We Can Help:
Injury prevention We can help you reduce your risk of injury before it happens, whether you're increasing your training load, heading into a new season, or returning to sport after time off. Getting on top of weaknesses and imbalances early makes a real difference.
Dealing with a new injury, a flare-up, or something that's been bothering you for months? We'll assess what's actually going on, give you a clear plan, and work with you until you're back to full capacity, not just good enough.
Performance & conditioning
Want to move better, get stronger, or take your training to the next level? We can help you identify the gaps in your movement and physical capacity, and build a program around your goals and your sport.
Our team uses a wide range of manual therapies to support recovery, reduce tension, and relieve pain, including remedial, sports, deep tissue and lymphatic massage, myotherapy, dry needling, joint mobilisation, myofascial release, and cupping.
Movement screening & preseason checks
A movement screen is one of the best investments you can make at the start of a season or training block. We assess how you move, identify anything that puts you at higher risk of injury, and give you a clear plan to address it before it becomes a problem.
Knowing when you're actually ready to return to training and competition is harder than it sounds. We use advanced VALD performance testing equipment to measure strength, power, and movement, taking the guesswork out of one of the most important decisions in your recovery.
Concussion needs to be managed carefully, especially in contact and collision sports. We offer evidence-based concussion assessment and return to sport protocols to make sure you're cleared the right way.
Education & support
We're here to help you understand your body, not just treat it. That means guidance on load management, warm-up and recovery, biomechanics, and for team sport athletes, communication with coaches and support staff to keep your rehab and training aligned.
Infrared sauna and Normatec compression boots available to book, great for post-training recovery, reducing inflammation, and keeping on top of the physical demands of regular sport and exercise.

What to expect
Your first appointment starts with a thorough assessment — we want to understand not just where it hurts, but how you move, what you're training for, and what getting back to full fitness actually means for you.
From there we'll aim to give you a clear diagnosis, an honest timeline, and a plan that fits around your sport and your life.
We'll always try to keep you moving as much as possible throughout your recovery, and we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't do.
Sports we work with
We work with athletes across a wide range of sports, from junior club level through to state and national competition. Below are some of the sports we see most regularly, with more detail on the specific demands and common injuries for each.
Community clubs we support
We're proud to work with a number of local clubs and organisations in Adelaide's south and south-west, including Goodwood Baseball Club, Colonel Light Gardens Football Club, Austral Phoenix Volleyball Club, Blackwood Rec Centre Gymnastics & Trampolining, Southern Rugby Club, and various CrossFit and functional fitness gyms across the area.
If you're a member of one of these clubs (or any other local club) and want to know more about how we can support your team or organisation, please feel free to get in touch.
