Active Balance Physio & Wellness is based in nearby St Marys and welcomes clients from Edwardstown, Clovelly Park, Pasadena and surrounding suburbs. Our university trained physiotherapists take the time to listen to your story, perform a thorough assessment and use hands on techniques to relieve pain and improve movement. We also create tailored rehabilitation programs and provide education so you understand your injury and feel supported every step of the way.

How we operate:

We are predominantly hands on with our physio treatments.
We aim to have every client on a rehab/strengthening program to ensure we’re treating the root cause of injury and pain, as well as helping to prevent re-injury and future issues.
We offer longer appointment times to make sure we can get an effective treatment completed, put a plan in place, as well as discuss any concerns you may have.
We have a fully equipped, onsite rehab gym at our disposal, with real weights (barbells, dumbbells, cable machine) + cardio equipment for clients to use.

Remedial massage, exercise physiology, myotherapy, naturopathy, nutrition, and recovery equipment are just a few of the many health professionals and treatment modalities that we are fortunate to have available in our clinic. This allows us to treat patients holistically, addressing their concerns from multiple perspectives and areas of expertise.
