Emily Clements

Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

Emily graduated from UniSA with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020, but her clinical journey started well before that. She completed a Bachelor of Psychology, a background that has helped shape how she works. She understands that pain is never purely physical, and that how someone thinks about their injury, their confidence in their body, and their belief that recovery is possible all play a real role in outcomes.

Since graduating as a physio, Emily has built a strong reputation particularly around shoulder rehabilitation, an area she came to through personal experience as well as clinical interest. Having navigated her own shoulder challenges, she brings genuine empathy and firsthand understanding to clients dealing with rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement, and the frustration of a shoulder that just won't behave.

Emily is an avid CrossFit athlete, and that passion for functional strength training runs through her clinical philosophy. She's not interested in getting people to a point where they're just pain-free — she wants them stronger, more confident and more capable than before the injury. Whether she's working with a competitive athlete, a casual gym-goer or a busy parent, her goal is the same: get them back to doing what they love, properly.
